The qualitative study of drug relapse among addicts

Abstract:

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of recurrence of substance abuse by addicts. Methods: The present study was a qualitative study that was carried out in a case study and its population included all the people who were improving the dependence on substance use in Isfahan city in 1397 who were attempting to discontinue and discontinue their dependence on Narcotics Anonymous (NA) method. The participants of this study is to determine the sample size of 14 patients were determined by saturation. The data gathering method in this study was a semi-structured interview, which comprised two parts of demographic information, identifying the reasons for re-use and discovering the causes. The standard for determining the method of coordination (researchers, teachers and advisors' par) was used. Results:  The method of analyzing the findings of this study was to examine the explicit and hidden content of the data obtained from the statements and writings in a manual encoding manner. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that the re-use of drugs by individuals who are leaving the clerical group has an individual, psychological, and social factors.
